How can I return an item?

You will receive a return label with your shipment, hand in the package including return label free of charge at a GLS ParcelShop in your region, find the nearest GLS PackageShop here.
You will receive a proof of shipment, keep it safe.

We will refund the money to your account within 14 days.
Returns are also possible via the European model withdrawal form. After canceling your order, you still have 14 days to return the products. The refund will take place within 14 days after Decor has been informed that the consumer wishes to withdraw from the agreement.

What are the terms of return?


There are a few conditions for returning an item:

  • The article is undamaged. (if the item is damaged, we can charge you for this)
  • Decor is not liable for loss or damage.
  • You have 14 days to return your order and then 14 days to return your product.

What warranty does my purchase through come with?

All our products have a legal guarantee.

Legal warranty conditions

The legal warranty period differs per item. Is your item not working properly and is it within the warranty period? Then we will of course look for a solution. For example by replacing the item or giving money back. You will not receive a refund if items no longer work or are worn out through your own fault.

What if I want to file a complaint?

If you have a complaint about one of our products or service, please contact our customer service. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform.
